Sawtooth Software Group designs, builds, and operates software that solves real, modern problems. Our first product, Satisfi, serves the businesses that keep everyday life running — contractors, cleaners, landscapers, technicians, and the small teams behind them.
Why we exist
Most small service businesses are run on a phone, a notepad, and a stack of disconnected apps. Quotes get written twice. Invoices get sent late, or not at all. Payment arrives weeks after the work is finished. None of that is a technology problem in 2026 — it is a product problem, and it is one that keeps getting skipped because the customers are small and the work is unglamorous.
We build for those customers specifically. Our products are opinionated, narrow, and designed to be usable from a truck on a job site rather than from a desk.
How we operate
- We build and run our own products. Sawtooth is an operating company, not a holding shell. The people who design our software also ship it and support it.
- We do not hold our customers' money. Payments are processed by Stripe and settle directly into each business's own connected account.
- We keep data minimal. We collect what a product needs to work and nothing we cannot justify. Customers can export or delete their data at any time.
- We charge plainly. Pricing is published, fees are disclosed in-product before a transaction, and there are no long-term contracts.
